Tone stack: same complex nodal-analysis solver as the Tone Stack Calculator, trimmed to the Fender/Marshall/Vox family for this tool. Power stage ceiling: same swing/clean-fraction math as the Clean Headroom Calculator. Clipping model: a new asymmetric soft-clip approximation — gradual on the grid-conduction side, sharper on the plate-cutoff side — not a SPICE simulation. No transformer saturation or tube-to-tube variance is modeled.
